How To Order
To order one of our sweaters or yarn simply browse
our catalogue until you find the item you would like to
purchase and then click on it to get more details. Choose your
preferred size/colour from the lists provided and enter the
quantity you require. Finally, click the Buy Now button to add the
item to your Shopping Basket. You can continue to browse our
catalogue and add more items to your Shopping Cart in this way.
You can view/modify the contents of your Shopping Basket at any
stage by clicking on the Shopping Basket link at the top of the
page.
Checking Out
Once you have all the items you would like to order in your
Shopping Basket, click the Check Out link at the top of the page.
You will then be prompted for your contact information and credit
card details (VISA or MASTERCARD). Once you have entered your
details simply click on the Place Order button. We will
acknowledge your order by return e-mail and forward the goods once
your details have been ratified.
Traditional Ordering
If you are still unsure about sending us your credit
card details via our secure trading system then you can always fax
your details to us or send us your phone number and we will
contact you. Alternatively, to order using traditional mail simply
send details of your order, your full name, mailing address and
credit card details, cheque, postal order or international money
order to our mailing address.

Payment
All payments will be charged at the sterling exchange rate when
the order is dispatched.
Security
All personal and Credit Card details are transmitted using SSL
technology to ensure maximum security.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days via airmail
post to all countries. The cost of shipping is included in the
price of all items.
Returns
All items returned should be in their original condition for a
replacement or complete refund.
